My husband and I spent about 2 years looking for a home to purchase. One year of that time was looking almost daily in newspapers, home seller-type magazines such as Harmon Homes, and on the internet. We attended many open houses and spoke with many realtors and real estate agencies. I was unhappy with my previous experiences involving realtors because they did not seem to listen to what we wanted and made us feel like we were part of an assembly line-type operation.

Richard’s expertise in recently selling my home in Danville gave a new meaning to full service realtor. For what matters most in selling a home, Richard sold my house for full market value. Richard did an in-depth market research and realized my home had been incorrectly measured and the wrong square footage had been recorded, by almost 600 square feet. He advised me that I was about to under price my house before I ever put it on the market.
Of course, Richard handled all the normal paperwork, showings and closing, but he truly made it an almost painless process. He explained and answered any and all questions I had.
